All approved ads appear in the “Ads Playing This Week” catalogue. You’ll see your video alongside your business name, description, and contact information.

You can book weekly slots for up to 8 weeks (2 months). Longer-term bookings can be arranged by contacting our team directly.

Yes. You can submit a request through the Refund Application form under the Ads Info Centre. Refunds are processed after admin verification.

If your ad fails to meet the required standards, you’ll receive feedback and a reason for disapproval. You can reupload a corrected version under the Rebook section.

Your ad begins running once:

Payment is confirmed, and

The Omni Ads team approves the video for quality and compliance.
You will be notified at each stage.

Each 20-second slot costs KES 5,000 per week. If your ad is longer, the price updates automatically based on the number of 20-second units selected.

We require MP4 format, 1080p resolution, landscape orientation, and a maximum size proportional to your video length (up to 350MB per minute). The system will guide you before upload.

Simply select your ad length and preferred weekly period, check availability, fill in your business details, upload your video, and proceed to checkout. The entire process takes only a few minutes.
